Asgard Connectivity Suite^®

The Asgard Connectivity Suite® is a set of ActiveX® controls specifically designed to meet the needs of Unisys® Clearpath users and programmers. The suite consists of a T27 Emulation ActiveX® control, a file transfer ActiveX® control, a TCP/IP communications ActiveX® control, and a T27 printer ActiveX® control. They connect directly to the Clearpath with no gateway required, and allow for all communications parameters to be configured easily through control properties.

Open/A^® for Windows^®

Open/A for Windows opens the door to Unisys® Clearpath access through Windows PCs. Open/A consists of an Clearpath mainframe component and a PC component that offers an Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) interface.

Open/A^® for Unix^®

Open/A for Unix is a version of the Asgard Software Windows based ODBC driver which runs under the UNIX operating system. This product allows UNIX applications to access the Unisys Clearpath mainframe data via standard SQL.

Open/A^® for Java^®

Open/A for Java provides users who are creating Java applets the ability to access Clearpath data via standard SQL. Applets are created on a server and activated by clients utilizing Java enabled browsers. Upon activation, the applets will communicate directly with the Clearpath mainframe through Open/A for Java using the Java DataBase Connectivity (JDBC)® standard.

Open/A^® Web Server

The Open/A Web Server is an HTTP Server that runs on the Unisys Clearpath family of mainframes. This allows the Unisys mainframe to publish web sites to internet or intranet users.
